Ann apparently died and another marriage license bond was issued to Michael Wilder and Mary McCally on November 27th, 1793. William Stewart Wilder provided security. Michael and Mary went on to have five children.
Michael Wilder was listed as the head of a family on the Lancaster county census in 1810 and 1820. In 1810 household family members are listed as; three males under 10, one male 10-15, one male over 45, one female under 10, one female 10-15, one female 16-25 and one female 26-44. The 1820 census lists household members as; two males 10-15, one male 16-25, one male over 45, one female 10-15, one female over 45 and one male slave under 14.
Michael wrote his will on November 24th, 1824 and it was proven in Lancaster county court on 20th, 1824. He left his land to his wife for the rest of her life and at her death to be split between his sons, James and Nathaniel. He left Michael Wilder, Jr. $100. He left the balance of his estate to his wife and instructed that it be divided between his five children at her death. He signed his will with a mark.
