Frances married Elton Ralph Dameron, Jr. on June 13th, 1953. They were married in her parent's house by Rev. Jesse Clay. They moved to White Stone and lived in a house they called the "shanty," on the south side of Antipoison Creek from Enon Hall. A small bridge went across the creek to the Enon Hall farmhouse where Ralph's parents lived. Later they built a larger brick home farther down the creek. Frances and Ralph were members of White Stone Baptist Church and were involved in many church activities.
In the 1970's Ralph and Frances moved to Monaskon farm. They continued attending church in White Stone for many years afterward before eventually switching to Corrotoman Baptist. Frances volunteered at the Corrotoman Church Thrift Shop and as an aide at Rappahannock General Hospital.
Ralph passed away in 2005 and was buried at Totuskey Baptist Church in Haynesville. Just before his death they sold the farm at Monaskon and moved to a smaller home in the town of Lively.
