Sarah Eskridge

In December of 1764 Sarah married William Fallin, in Northumberland County. They had at least six children.

William wrote a will on January 31st, 1783 and it was proven in Northumberland County court on October 13th, 1783.

Wife Sarah Fallin-after the death of my mother, the land left me by my father during her natural life, and then I give the said land to my son Charles Fallin, and his heirs lawfully begotten, and for want of heirs to the heir at law.
The negroes that come to my part after the death of my mother, to my wife during her natural life, and then to be equally divided between Hannah Fallin, Thomas Fallin, Frances Fallin, Mariah Foushee Fallin, and William Fallin, and if either of my children should die without heir, their part to be equally divided between the surviving children.
Son Charles Fallin-one mare colt called Finix, my saddle and bridle.
Son Thomas Fallin-my gun.
Rest of my household furniture and stock, to be equally divided between my six children Hannah, Charles, Thomas, Frances, Mariah and William Fallin. The increase of my mare after this date, the first to daughter Hannah Fallin, the second to son Thomas Fallin, and so on to the last child.

Sarah is thought to have died about 1796.
